Production Time
Please allow 6 - 8 weeks from order until FOB Boulder, Colorado USA. Cancellation will be honored only, if production time exceeds 8 weeks.
Price Discounts Surcharges
The wholesale prices reflect a minimum order of US$500 (4 pcs per style per color).
10% Discount for US$1,000 and above (for website clients only!)
Payment Method
We accept money order, VISA and MasterCard.
Shipping Cost
All freight charges FOB Boulder are paid by customer (UPS only).
Shortage
Shortage, damages and packing mistakes must be reported to customer service within 15 days of receipt.
Refunds will be issued immediately.
Damaged merchandise will be refunded upon return at the warehouse.
Refused Shipment
Credit will be issued only. No cash refunds.
