Designer's Statement
I am honored to be working with a team of people aiming to preserve the traditional Balinese artform, taking pride in handmade creations and steering away from the temptation of mass production.
As a former art teacher and collage artists, my clothing designs are largely inspired by the creation of harmony between color, texture and forms in two dimensional space.
Applied to the three dimensional realm of fashion, I am striving to create a modern, feminine, yet eclectic feel, that transcends seasonal trends and has a universal appeal.
My customer's enthusiastic response each season is the force behind ever newly evolving combinations of motives, colors, fabrics and yarns, interplaying with each other and the human body.
